The community amenities are maintained by the Ransom Oaks Community Corporation (ROCC). Residents in the subdivision pay a moderate annual fee to maintain the upkeep of these amenities. Common land, recreational buildings and facilities are available for use by all residents subject to the guidelines of the community.
