The planned community known as Ransom Oaks consists of 1125 residences made up of single family homes, condominiums, patio homes and townhouses. All but the Woodgate Condominiums share the three Ransom Oaks pools, the tennis courts and the two meeting rooms. The Woodgate Condominiums have their own pool, tennis court, and meeting room.

- Woodgate Condominiums situated on Old Meadow Drive (off Old Oak Post Road), consist of town houses of various architectural design and are bordered by Glen Oaks Golf Course on one side and Woodgate Lake on the other.
