- The Annual Ransom Oaks Association assessment is $431.46 (for 2023). If you are in one of the sub-communities like Forest Edge, Glen Oak Condos, Charlesgate Village, Woodgate, Brendans Court, or Bantry Green within Ransom Oaks you may have alternate or additional fees.
- Contact the Facilities Managers to find out how to register for pool passes and to be sure that they have all your updated household information and email address. Communications will be sent via mail, email, website and the Ransom Oaks Facebook page.
