In addition to the above, ROCC also owns and maintains all entry areas to Ransom Oaks and certain landscaped circles or cul-de-sacs in the areas of single family detached homes. Common land and recreational buildings and facilities are available for use by all residents, subject to community rules and regulations.
Ransom Oaks is positioned around the Glen Oaks Golf Course. The Glen Oaks golf course is a public golf course and may be reached directly for golf information.
