Reserve a Facility

Our Procedure

1. Ransom Oaks has two clubhouses available for residents to use. The maximum capacity in each building is 34. There are (4) 6ft tables, 30 chairs, a refrigerator and microwave available for use at each location.
2. There is no charge to use a clubhouse, but a deposit is required. 
3. During the swim season, the swimming pools can be reserved for parties after the 9:00pm pool closing. During the weekdays, the Ransom Oaks pool and Eveningwood pool can also be reserved from 9am-11am. The cost to rent the pool for 2 hours is $150
4. Facilities can be reserved for a single use or on a continuing basis.
5. There is a deposit required and you have to fill out the reservation form.
6. The completed form and deposit check must be received at least 2 weeks before the start of your reservation(s).
